It's a criminally cool edition today! Crime London is a relatively new brand (just went into their 4th season) founded by sisters Lisa and Jessica Kistermann. Their line includes short boots and sneakers, taken to another level by an amazing attention to detail when it comes to accessorizing.
Their designs are unique and have that vintage handmade feel to them that I love. But what I love more is that they also have a line just for the little ones.
The quality is superb. Just what you would expect from an European brand. I mean, with kid's shoes it's not about looks alone. I want durability. They have to survive daycare, school and the playground and have to be comfortable all at once. Talking about pressure, ha!
These are hands down the perfect kicks. The kids love them, I love them and even the husband approves. He is kind of a stickler when it comes to shoes, so that's saying something!

Dress To Impress | Slyfox Threads
Sometimes, some photos just go wrong. In 99.9% of the time because you made them wait too long. Look at Ashley's face for example. She doesn't have to say "Gosh, mum...so unprofessional!"...it's all there already. A very loud sigh included. And Grace? She's playing the old "let's pinch him till he snaps and jumps me so that he'll get in trouble"-game. That's Grace for you. What she still doesn't understand: This game is best played when I'm not looking. You'll get there, little one. Romeo doesn't really mind, though. The only concern he had at that moment was what's for dinner. I can hear his little internal monologue: "I really hope it's pasta. No, wait...didn't she say something about rice? OUCH! What was that? But I really want pasta. Rice is ok, too, though. Ugh, I'm really hungry now." So there you have it. The shots in between the ones with the cool poses are indeed the best.
Here's a confession: I have a thing for prints. Slap a whitty/funny/quirky slogan on a shirt and you have a guaranteed customer. Really. I could stare at these kind of shirts for hours, laughing on the inside. With some occasional snorting on the outside, too, depending on what the shirt says. I'm just very easy to entertain, I guess. I also have this idea that some things were made for my kids. This Slyfox Threads tank for example. "Show Love"? Yes, of course! "Young and Free" should read "Young and Eccentric", though.
That's why I was super excited when Slyfox Threads asked me to be a Slyfox Threads 2014 Brand Enthusiast. How could I turn down an offer like this? They have some nice pieces for us mums as well. Like this or this. These work well with any mum uniform.
